Baked polenta with cheese, mice and onions

The polenta is prepared as follows:

Put water to boil in a cauldron with salt. Sprinkle a little corn on top. When the water starts to boil, gradually add the malai and mix continuously with a whisk, so as not to form lumps. After mixing well, leave for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the polenta is almost ready, grease a pot with oil, turn the polenta over, add the cheese, and the small pieces of mice.

Leave in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cream the cream with chopped dill (washed with cold water before) and a little salt.

Remove the pot from the oven, place the polenta on a plate and cream next to it.

We clean the onion, wash it and we can add onion slices next to the polenta.
