Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in salted water.
Cut the onion into thin slices and put in a frying pan in half a butter composite, add salt, pepper and ginger. Leave for a few minutes, then add j & b and sugar, mix, add the paprika and let the onion soak a little longer.
When the potatoes are ready, add them in a large pan, together with the pepper vegetables and the remaining butter. Add the caramelized onion and finely chopped dill.
Leave it on the fire for a few more minutes and then serve.
