Crush the garlic and mix it with the oil and salt, then a pepper powder.

Grease each piece of chicken well and let it marinate for as long as possible (if possible all night in the fridge is perfect, if not a few good hours or in emergencies at least an hour.

We put each piece on the grill, taking care to grease it well with the garlic sauce (also with the pieces).

Serve with what we want as a garnish, I served with peasant potatoes ... and pickles


Preparation:

Put the basil, mint, a quarter cup of chicken soup, chopped green onions, garlic and ginger in a blender and mix until all the ingredients are chopped.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the eggplant, onion, peppers and cook until the vegetables are soft (about 8 minutes). Transfer the contents to a pot and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.

The mixture obtained from basil and the other spices is put in a pan in which 1 tablespoon of olive oil was heated, stirring constantly. Add the chicken breast strips, soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Then put the rest of the chicken soup and leave it on the fire until it starts to boil.

Add the eggplant composition and mix until heated inside. Serve hot, on preheated plates and garnished with finely chopped green onions.

Preparation Chicken steak with 40 cloves of garlic

Start with preheating the oven to 240C (maximum stage for gas).

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika (both outside and inside) and massage well with soft butter. Butter is also inserted under the chicken skin, especially in the breast area. This butter melts during baking and impregnates the weak flesh of the breast giving it tenderness and aroma.

Place the seasoned chicken together with the garlic cloves in a deep steak pan and WITHOUT any other liquid and without a lid or foil, put it in the oven at 240 C with ventilation for 60 minutes.

I was skeptical at the stage that it will be uncovered and without any water but look that at 30 minutes it looks very OK & # 8211 leaves its own juices and the top, although it is at 240C it does NOT burn! After about 15 minutes, brush with the sauce from the pan and return the garlic cloves. At 30 minutes, I added the tender new potatoes, lightly salted and sprinkled with cumin and small pieces of butter. Bake for another 30 minutes!
