Beat the flour, salt and sugar in the bowl of a mixer with hook holder, mix briefly, then add the eggs and yeast milk and mix well for 5 minutes or until a smooth, strong and shiny dough is formed.

With the mixer running, add the butter cubes, one at a time, after each is fully incorporated. Continue to stir for 2 minutes after the last butter has entered. Load the dough on a clean work surface and form into 10 balls and divide them between two trays lined with baking paper, leaving a good space between each. Leave for 2-4 hours, covered, to prove or until doubling in size and really fluffy.

Preheat oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Mix sesame and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Brush the muffin all over with beaten egg, then sprinkle the seeds generously. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tanned and cooked. Cool on the shelves, then divide in half and serve with crispy bacon, brown sauce and fried eggs, if desired.

Eu am pus în compoziție și 2 linguri de drojdie inactivă care în multe rețete de post are rol de liant, dar aici am pus-o doar pentru gust. Cartoful este un liant suficient de bun pentru chifteluțele acestea.

Dacă totuși nu aveți fulgi de drojdie, iar compoziția pare că nu s-a legat suficient, adăugați o lingură de făină și va fi bine.

Rețeta este perfectă pentru gătire la cuptor. Am încercat să le fac și prăjite, dar eu una nu am fost mulțumită de rezultat, așa că nu vă pot sfătui nici pe voi să experimentați.


200 g cartofi,
50 g faina,
4 linguri smantana, grasa,
2 galbenusuri+1 galenus pentru uns,
sare, seminte de susan, seminte de mac,

Cartofii se pun la fiert in coaja. Se curata apoi si se paseaza.

Se adauga ouale batute, faina, smantana, sare. Se amesteca totul bine pana se obtine un aluat omogen.

Se formeaza crochete de 3-4 cm lungime, 1 cm latime. Sau le puteti face bile, daca asa va este mai simplu.

Se ung cu ou si se presara semintele de mac sau susan.

Se aseaza pe o tava unsa cu putin ulei sau unt, tava se da la cuptor pentru 20-25 minute, la 180°C.


Kolokythokeftedes - chifteluțe de zucchini și feta

  • Dovleceii se curăță de coajă și se dau pe răzătoare.

Se presară puțină sare și se amestecă bine.

Se lasă aprox. 5 minute, după care se storc bine de zeamă.

Se amestecă cu usturoiul pisat, ceapa verde tocată mărunt, verdeața tocată, feta și cele 2 ouă bătute.

Dacă avem la îndemână puțin ouzo, nu ezitați să adăugați, eu nu am avut :(

Adăugăm în compoziție 3 linguri de făină integrală sau pesmet.

Condimentăm cu sare și piper.

Se tăvălesc fie prin făină, fie prin pesmet.

În varianta originală ele se prăjesc în ulei încins.

Eu am preferat varianta mai ușoară.

Într-o tavă tapetată cu hârtie pergament și unsă cu ulei de măsline aranjăm chifteluțele la distanță între ele.

Se stropesc cu puțin ulei de măsline și se dau la cuptor pentru 40 minute- la jumătatea timpului întorcându-se.


Pâine fragedă cu tărâțe, ulei și semințe

De la Balotești, la dreapta, spre Mănăstirea Căldărușani. Drumul trece prin sate lungi, străjuite din zare de rămășițe din codrii Vlăsiei. El nu trebuie să fie prea tare, ci chiar pufos. Se bate puțin aluatul, pentru a se frăgezi. Se modelează sub formă de chifle și se dă la cuptor aproximativ 40 de minute, la foc mediu. Scoateți pâinea din cuptor atunci când s-a rumenit puțin.
