If it's still fashionable this month, I decided to post my biscuit salami as well. I apologize that the pictures are not very successful but you should know that the recipe is very good.

  • 500 g of popular biscuits
  • 130 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • a vial of Dr.Oetker vanilla essence
  • the Dr.Oetker rum-free vial
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 200 gr raisins
  • was cellophane

First we break the biscuits very finely.

Boil the milk, water and sugar over low heat until the sugar melts.

Add cocoa, vanilla sugar and essences.

Mix well and add the butter. Leave on low heat until the butter melts.

When the butter is melted, pour the composition over the broken biscuits. Add the raisins.

Mix with a wooden spoon, then cover the bowl for 20 minutes.

After the biscuits are soaked, roll the composition in cellophane foil and let it cool.
