Boil the eggs 10 minutes after the water starts to boil. Pass them under a stream of cold water, peel them and cut them into slices. Wash the apples, cucumbers and basil. Peel the apples and the seed box and cut them into cubes. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes, and cut the cheese into cubes. For the sauce, mix the mustard with the lemon juice, salt and oil. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and put the mustard sauce on top and mix. Serve sprinkled with seeds.
