We wash the pork ladder under a stream of cold water. We cut it into pieces.
We clean and wash the vegetables.
Chop the onion and pepper, heat them in 3 tablespoons of oil.
We add the sliced carrots. Bake for about 5 minutes, add the pieces of ladder, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Put about 3-4 liters of cold water and let it boil on the right heat until the meat boils.
Add the pasta and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, mix well to dissolve in the soup, put the noodles, sprinkle with green celery and chopped green dill and turn off the heat.
Let the flavors blend for 5 minutes then serve.
