Chicken stew with dumplings

After a period in which I didn't have time to write recipes because I was on site, I moved to the new house and I managed to have a net, so ... I come back with my recipes ...
So:

  • A chicken
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon donut paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • chopped green parsley

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken stew with dumplings:

The chicken is washed well and cut into suitable pieces. The washed vegetables are also sliced ​​and fried in oil. Add the meat, donut paste, salt and pepper and a large cup of water to cover the meat. Cover and let the meat boil. Make dumplings: beat eggs well, add flour and oil and mix well to make a soft dough. If it is too hard, add water, then mix well.


Boil salted water and when it boils, break the dumplings with a teaspoon. Let it boil for about 8 minutes.

After boiling, let it rest for 2-3 minutes, then put it under a stream of water. When the meat is cooked, add the chopped green parsley and serve the stew with the dumplings.
