Mushroom stew

  • -300 g pleurotus mushrooms
  • -300 g mushroom mushrooms
  • -2 onions
  • -1/2 peppers
  • -1 piece of garlic
  • -salt pepper
  • -thyme
  • -1 basil leaf
  • -1 cup tomato juice
  • -1 teaspoon flour
  • -2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom stew:

Finely chop the onion and pepper into cubes and fry in olive oil. Add the cleaned, washed mushrooms, cut into not very small pieces, because they leave water and drop quite a lot. Let it boil for 10 minutes. If the mushrooms have not left enough water, fill them with a little water. Mix the flour with the tomato juice and a little water, pour over the mushrooms. Add the spices and greens, let it boil and you're done. Very simple, fast and tasty. That's because I really like mushrooms. ;) Serve with polenta or mashed potatoes.
