Breads stuffed with feta cheese, bell pepper and dill-by Rux

I made the dough in the bread machine. I put the ingredients in the following order: salt, sugar, water, oil, yogurt, butter, flour and yeast. Leave it on the dough program and when it is ready, take the dough out in a bowl, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise for about 40 minutes in a warm place.

During this time we take care of the filling. We clean the peppers, we wash them and then we cut them into cubes. We also cut the cheese into bigger cubes, and we cut the dill into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in an ox, add rosemary and sprinkle with olive oil. Mix lightly.

After 40 minutes we take the dough and divide it into 4 pieces in the form of balls. We take dough from each ball and spread it by hand, in the shape of a rectangle. On each rectangle we put the mixture prepared above, then roll carefully so that the composition does not come out. We do this until we finish both the dough and the filling. We must be careful to divide the dough so that the mixture reaches us. We place the formed breads in a tray lined with baking paper. Cover the pan with a towel and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, beat the yolks well and then grease each loaf separately. Heat the oven and put the bread tray in the oven. Keep until they are well done and nicely browned, about 25 minutes. They are wonderful for breakfast in the company of a glass of milk!
