Baked chicken wings

Simple to make does not require a lot of work on them and last but not least very delicious

  • 1 kg wings
  • 4 tablespoons delicately granulated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • olive oil

  • 200 gr sour cream

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked chicken wings:

The wings are cut into pieces and put in salted water for 30 minutes. Make a mixture of delicacy, oregano, paprika and pepper. Remove the wings from the water and sprinkle with olive oil then put the composition made above them and mix well. In a headlight, put breadcrumbs and sesame seeds (you can also separate them) and pass the wings through it. Place the baking paper in a tray and place the wings. Bake for 45 minutes over medium heat. I used rice with rice, but I'm sure they were good with a portion of french fries.

Sauce: Grind the garlic then add sour cream and finely chopped dill + salt and pepper to taste.



Method of preparation

We cut the tips of the wings, then we cut them in 2.

Put wings in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 clove crushed garlic, spices to taste.

Mix well with your hands, cover with foil and set aside for 30 minutes.

I don't know how long I kept them, but take one aside, unwrap it where it's thicker and if it doesn't have a bit of pink, I'm ready. If they are not, put them back in the oven and try again. When you turn the chicken, add a few large mushrooms, about a table hat, salted on the slats, with them up.

Add whatever salad you want through the gourd (in this case tomatoes with oil, salt and thyme and mixed balcony with apple cider vinegar, salt and strawberry jam). Arrange nicely what chutney you have around the house. Invite the world to dinner.

Remove the chicken wings from the freezer bag and drain the excess liquid. Arrange the chicken wings on a tray in which you put baking paper and leave in the oven for approx. 25 - 30 min. at 180 ° C / 350 ° F until golden brown. Halfway through the baking time, turn the wings to the other side.

½ lime - 200 ml cream - 1 tablespoon olive oil - salt - pepper - sugar

Squeeze the file. In a bowl, mix the cream, remaining coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.

Ancutza also works with boned thighs or smaller lower thighs with bone (hammers). keep the quantities the same for about 600-700 gr of meat. so exactly the quantities given by me to 600-700 gr boned thighs.
be very careful with the tray. not to be much wider than your thighs occupy, otherwise the sauce will spread in a thin layer and burn (due to honey and sugar) before the thighs are cooked.
