There are some blackberries that do not have spikes on the fire, if they have plenty of water they grow very big, they are sweet and fragrant.

RECIPE PREPARATION Garden blackberry jam:

First we pick them, because we have them from the mother's garden. We place them in a double-bottomed pan, add the sugar and leave them until the next day to leave the juice. Then place the pan on the fire, over medium heat, from time to time, with a spoon, gather the formed foam and remove it from the jam. We check if it is sufficiently bound, namely, we take the jam from the spoon and let it drop the syrup, when it falls off the spoon less often, the jam is ready. We take the pan off the heat, we wet a napkin with cold water and we cover the pan with jam with the napkin, when it has cooled we put it in jars and store it in the pantry.

I put the fruits in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons of cold water, brought them to a boil and added the sugar.

It didn't last 5 minutes and I found that these fruits contained more natural gelling agent than anything I had ever tried to turn into jam, because my jam was ready.

I got a 350 ml jar. and a little more. The peak was for tasting and I want to tell you that it is wonderful jam. I would say the best I've ever tasted, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour taste and an intense forest aroma. Naturally gelled, very, very pleasant.

Raspberry jam

The raspberries are washed in a sieve and allowed to drain. Then put it in the pan in which you make the jam (which does not stick) and add the sugar.


Put it on a high heat until it starts to boil, then heat it over a medium flame and let it boil for 20 minutes, taking care not to stick.


Towards the end, add the lemon juice and leave for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and then place in jars. Put the lids on and (I do so) turn the lid down, leaving them to cool and the lids are pulled out (when you press in the middle you can't hear the click).

step 1: First harvest the well-ripened tomatoes from the garden.

step 2: Wash the tomatoes well, then scald and peel.

step 3: Clean the seeds (as well as you can!) and cut into cubes, not too small.

step 4: Place the tomatoes in a pan with thick walls.

step 5: Add the sugar and let it melt (about 20 min).

step 6: Put the pan in the preheated oven and leave it for 90 minutes.

step 7: Take the pan out of the oven and put it on the stove over low heat for another 90 minutes, stirring from time to time, so that it doesn't stick, you do this because it leaves a lot of juice and it falls hard in the oven!

step 8: When it starts to bind, add the rum and let it boil for another 15 minutes.

step 9: Meanwhile, wash the jars and leave them to dry.

Put the jam in the jars placed on a metal support and leave it to dry for 24 hours. It is a little more meticulous and comes out in small quantities (3 jars of 400 g), but it's worth it!

INGREDIENT:

  • 80 g of oatmeal
  • 240 ml of almond milk
  • blackberry jam
  • walnuts
  • 1 banana

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Boil the milk with a pinch of salt. When the milk starts to boil, add the oatmeal. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring often, until the milk is almost completely reduced and the porridge thickens (about 15 minutes).

2. Turn off the heat, add the jam and about a handful of ground walnut kernels, or chopped with a knife and mix again.

3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with banana slices, or any fruit we want and serve it with pleasure!
