Buns with garlic and greens

Buns with garlic and greens

In the bread machine container put: milk, sifted flour, salt, sugar, egg, butter and yeast (Attention! Keep this order if you want to increase the dough !!!) Program the kneading machine, leavened approx. 90 minutes. Be careful to help the dough with a little flour or oil so that it does not stick to the walls of the bowl, in the first 30 minutes, then leave the machine to do its job alone. The dough can also be kneaded by hand, but I am more practical, I prefer to knead it Maricica, in the meantime I take care of something else;) or rather the filling;)

Finely chop the green garlic, green onion, dill, all green: D ie fresh;) mix in a bowl with a pinch of salt and melted butter until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

After kneading and leavening the dough is removed from the machine, and divided into 12 balls, then flattened and put a tablespoon of filling in each piece, then gather the dough like a ball, and round so as not to unravel the baked.

The obtained balls are put in the form of muffins or in a round cake shape, leave to rise approx. 30 minutes, then grease with beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame seeds or whatever seeds you have in the pantry.

Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Good luck and good luck! ;)

Garlic water for fertilizing orchids!

Garlic water is the ideal fertilizer for orchids. Thanks to her, they become stronger, greener, grow harmoniously and bloom abundantly and long. Garlic water can be used to fertilize all houseplants: it also helps fight fungal diseases and many pests. We recommend you try it! Your plants will be grateful to you!

1. Pour the stagnant water into a 3 liter jar.

2. Finely chop the garlic with a knife. To release more juice, you can press it well with the knife before grinding.

3.Add the crushed garlic to the still water.

4. Cover the jar with a lid and place it in a warm, bright place. Allow the garlic to infuse over 24 hours.

5. Then strain the solution obtained.

6. Water the orchids with it once every 10-14 days, when their substrate dries. You can also alternate irrigation with plain water and garlic water.

1. Soak the beans the night before. The next day we boil it with a teaspoon of salt and 2-3 bay leaves for 2-3 hours until the grain can be easily crushed. We change the water twice, each time after it boils a few times.

2. Fry the chopped onion in 5-6 tablespoons of oil & # 8211 oil more than in a regular frying pan because it will also be used for rubbing beans & # 8211 with a spoonful of paprika and a little dried thyme - as long as you take it between three fingers. When the onion has hardened, add the diced tomatoes, mix and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove the bay leaves from the beans and drain the water in which it boiled. Pass the beans and season with salt.

4. Pass the peeled garlic through the garlic press, rub it with 2-3 tablespoons of oil with the paprika from the pan in which the onion was hardened and put it in the mashed beans. Rub, beat the beans well with garlic and oil or pass it through the mixer until you get the puree. The facaluita beans that I wrote about on the site can be made without garlic for those who can't stand garlic.

5. Each portion, when eaten, is covered with fried onions and tomatoes. Bake dried crayfish, chopped or slightly hot and eat the beans with them. The combination of beaten beans with baked dried peppers is magnificent.

FLAVORED BUTTER WITH GARLIC AND VEGETABLES

Butter flavored with garlic and greens is a recipe for natural flavored butter. It is the best friend of grilled or pan-fried steaks for baked bread, pui kiev, meat broth or grilled or baked fish, but also grilled vegetables (I'm thinking of asparagus or zucchini), but also steamed vegetables.

For an extra taste and aroma you can add to the classic recipe of butter with garlic and parsley grated lemon or orange peel, basil, thyme, rosemary, but also edible flowers that bring a look besides a spectacular and sensational aromas: lavender, dandelion, marigolds, dill flowers, pansies, chicory.

I recommend you try these recipes, the meat comes out tender, juicy and flavorful, the butter being inserted under the skin of the turkey leg. In a year I prepared stuffed chicken, but under its skin, to the chest I introduced aromatic butter mixed with bread crumbs. It was crazy and now, when I write these lines I realize that I did not post the recipe, so I will soon redo it especially to show you how to do it.

Untularomat with garlic and greens is kept in the freezer until use. Remove from the freezer and leave at room temperature for a while, then cut into slices (slices). Grilled beef is much better with this flavored butter.

For Kiev chicken is used ready frozen. It will melt during frying, giving good aroma and taste.

Butter flavored with garlic and greens can also be used for canapés / croutons. To grease the bread with flavored butter, it will be stored in the refrigerator. I think you often received slices of bread with such butter before the meal at the restaurant.

Butter flavored with garlic and parsley is also known as Maitre D & # 8217Hotel sauce.

It is very easy to prepare. You can put everything in a blender or rub well with a tablespoon of soft butter. It's not a complicated job, I assure you.

But, for the recipe to be what you need, don't forget to use a good butter, with a minimum fat of 80%. It doesn't matter what ingredients you use, if the butter is not of good quality.

Because the simple things are the ones that are the key to the best recipes, we have to make sure that we will have a butter flavored with garlic and parsley that will bring us pleasure to consume it, and even want to repeat the experience.

I leave below the ingredients and how to prepare butter flavored with garlic and greens.

INGREDIENT:

To make butter flavored with garlic and parsley I took out the butter and left it at room temperature until it became soft.

I chopped the parsley, passed the garlic through the press, then divided the butter into two bowls. I left one simple, and in the second I added, in addition to parsley, salt, garlic, a few dill flowers, chicory and lavender.

I mixed well, then I put the butter on the food foil and rolled it. Baking paper can also be used.

I put the rolls in the freezer. It can be stored for 3 months in the freezer and 7 days in the refrigerator to be used as spreadable butter.

I hope it will be useful for you to prepare butter flavored with garlic and parsley or your favorite greens.

Buns with garlic and greens - Recipes

The idea for this recipe started from a recipe found on the website www culinar.ro, by shumaila, which I modified and these very tasty buns came out.

-4 cups sifted flour (600g)
-1 1/3 cups of milk (320 ml)
-5 Lg (tablespoons) oil
-2 Lg sugar
-2 lg (teaspoons) salt
-2 packets of dry yeast
-75 g butter
-3 large cloves of garlic
-a parsley connection
-a teaspoon of rosemary

METHOD OF PREPARATION
I prepared the dough in the bread machine. Who doesn't have a machine, kneads the dough like any bread dough. It is left to rise until it doubles in volume, after which it is divided into 8 equal parts.
Meanwhile, rub the butter and add the garlic given through the garlic press and the greens.

Each side stretches oval, as in the picture above.

Grease with a spatula with butter mixed with spices, a very thin layer.

Grow the dough, but not completely, with a sharp knife or a cutter

Fine bread. They go on the list.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

you should know that I had another attempt with garlic breads but I also put green onions and bacon. and I didn't like them too many flavors and too heavy, so I didn't even post them here. but they are so simple and the dough is really successful, Radu told me to make simple baguettes with it.

As for the shape, I have to brag that it's my "invention", I knew that the dough was nice to bake and I wanted something more interesting than simple rolls.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

really original your shape, I will copy it too, do you think that the filling can vary? depending on what we find in the fridge I would make with butter, rosemary and parmesan

Ioana 9 years ago - 11 November 2008 16:15

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

the combination proposed by you is good, just don't exaggerate to put a lot of flavors. and you have to put butter in it so that it breaks the bread so nicely

garlic with rosemary go well, I think it would go well with basil.

applause. they look very good and are very tasty, I greased the dough with butter and I sprinkled 50 grams of Parmesan and rosemary after I encrusted them I sprinkled with white poppy seeds and 8 pieces came out of 2 portions, thank you Ioana!

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

I also had an attempt to sprinkle pine nuts on one of the loaves but they did not sit on it, they were too big and when I took them out they fell

Ardelean Ancutza 9 years ago - November 12, 2008 08:56

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

They are very good, but they came out crispy both down and up. I stopped putting baking paper and greased the tray with margarine. Or I left them too long in the oven for about 35 minutes. They taste super good, I made them last night and the garlic didn't fall very well. but they are excellent

Ioana 9 years ago - 12 November 2008 09:14

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

that's how it should be, crispy on the outside (but not enough to break your teeth in them) and fluffy in the middle. I put baking paper and the base didn't come out so crispy. if you keep them in the bag the next day, the shell softens.

I learned my mind with garlic and onions in the evening after many unpleasant experiences.

felicia 9 years ago - 12 November 2008 09:23

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

The smell of onions and garlic, as well as the feeling of thirst passes if you chew (easily with a strong aroma) cloves!
Cloves disinfect the oral cavity, and can be used instead of chewing gum.
Therefore eat garlic and onions whenever you want because it is very healthy!
I make these breads with sage and garlic or leeks are the girls' favorites!

Ioana 9 years ago - 12 November 2008 09:28

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

it would be good if the smell was the only problem. I have a slightly malformed gallbladder and it hurts if I eat heavy things in the evening, or onions and garlic. I prepared the breads for lunch so as not to have any surprises.

Ioana 9 years ago - 12 November 2008 09:34

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

I forgot about sage, it would work well on bread. I give you some advice, however, to use fresh sage, the dry one is a bit bitter. when I find sage I keep it in the freezer

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

The list is long, long, but I'd better let my husband explain to you. After him I have a "full trunk." That's what he says we had when we moved. .
I think it really feels better if it doesn't have much in it.
I ate garlic bread this year in Portugal, but totally different. A sheet of pizza-like dough, with garlic and cheese, baked on the hearth.
And that was excellent.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

Today, while I was making bread, I thought I could make something sweet in the same way. I saw that commercial on TV, the puff pastry pie (I think) filled with various things and made like a snail, do you know what I mean? I think the dough from Angela's pies would work. a very long roll filled with. something (optional: sweet cheese, telemea, apples, etc.) and rotated like a snail placed in a round tray in the oven. The section looks great! Or shouldn't it be a leavened dough?

Ioana 9 years ago - 4 December 2008 14:34

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

hip, you anticipated Angela's next recipe! Tomorrow I will post it to see how she made something similar to bread but in the sweet version. only she wove the rolls cut into a wreath. you will see tomorrow how beautiful she is

I know the pie you're talking about, that looks like it was made with puff pastry, stuffed with cheese and rolled snail. I think it's not hard to do at home. you make several rolls and when one ends you continue with the other until you get a snail as big as a tray

Ardelean Ancutza 9 years ago - 4 December 2008 19:14

Mmmm. Made me curious! I anticipate from now on that I will do it too, I just hope it doesn't have some ingredients that I can't find. I can't wait to see you tomorrow.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

Yesterday I tried the breads with herbs and garlic. I made a double portion from the beginning, my friends had the chance to taste them warm, I impressed them. They are very good, good-looking, I made them smaller, so instead of 6, 12 came out, I kept them in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and they are wonderful even today.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

I must say that I discovered you a few days ago and I am super excited about your networks, they are super delicious and easy to follow. Today I made the garlic bread that we usually buy from the frozen supermarket, but there is no term for comparison, your recipe is delicious. I made double the amount and for an hour since I took them out of the oven, we ate like bread crumbs from the smallest to the largest. For two weeks I put my husband on a diet but I'm afraid that since I came across your site we will forget about the diet. I also checked some recipes that I want to try in the coming days. Congratulations on your patience in sharing these delicious recipes with us.

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

I always come back to this recipe, it's very good to have some spare breads. I also eat them for breakfast and I started making the double recipe, otherwise it ends too quickly. But I don't know what to make them come out less crunchy, they came out soft once and I don't realize how I did it, maybe it becomes used butter.

Ioana 6 years ago - 15 July 2011 10:09

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

put a pot of water in the oven to steam, it will help the crust to be softer.

Hi Ioana! I love your recipes and so does my husband! And I can't wait to try the garlic pan. I had a curiosity can bread be frozen? how are the commercial ones that you put in the oven for 10 minutes? I think warm breads are much better. Thank you for the wonderful recipes that always delight us!

Ioana, these breads are great. I made double the amount from the beginning, because I knew that your recipes would be eaten. I never fail.
I liked the idea of chilli on top. I also sprinkled a little coarse salt and they came out very tasty.
Thanks a lot for the recipe

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

Hi, Ioana,
I also have a question about the dough: do you think I can use instead of dry yeast from the fresh one (if so, quote)? I always read a cube like this in the fridge that can't be used.
And regarding sage, know that this plant is very resistant, you can grow it in pots and even leave it on the balcony over the winter.

Ioana 4 years ago - 31 January 2013 13:27

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

Of course, 15 grams of fresh yeast are enough

Hi. If I use fresh yeast, how do I proceed in the bread machine? Dissolve the yeast before? Thank you very much

Ioana 3 years ago - 12 May 2014 09:25

Re: Bread with garlic and greens

yes, dissolve the fresh yeast in a little water (from the 220 ml). Leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, until it is like foam on top. then put in the car, put the rest of the water, flour, salt.

they are very good. I made them tonight and they were finished before they cooled down. I did the written amount, but I was asked to repeat the operation with a triple amount
