Boil the potatoes in their skins
Cut all the vegetables and meat into small cubes, and leave the peas as is.
Make a mayonnaise from 1 hard boiled egg and an unboiled egg rubbed well with oil, a teaspoon of mustard and lemon juice (for whitening add 2-3 drops of mineral water immediately after the lemon juice has been added)
Mix everything and adjust the salt and pepper salad
It is placed on a plate and decorated.
