Corcoduse compote

  • -1 kg. well-cooked corcoduses;
  • -the water;
  • -sugar (1 tablespoon for each jar).

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Corcoduse compote:

Put 10 corcoduses in each jar, add sugar and water to the edge of the jar. Close tightly with a lid and shake to dissolve sugar. Boil the bain marie. That is, put them in a pot of water. After boiling, leave them to cool.
