Potato soup with leurda

The vegetables are cleaned and finely chopped.

Cook the vegetables and onions for 3-4 minutes in oil, in a pot.

Add paprika, pepper and salt.

Add water and boil for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped pepper and half of the washed and chopped leurda bundle.

Put the peeled and diced potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.

Put the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the rest of the leurda and match the taste.

It boils again and is ready.

Serve hot decorated with parsley and leurda.
