Brownies

I want to mention that I did not use frame margarine but it probably appears automatically from the system in my recipe.

  • 3 dogs flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARING Blackberry Recipe:

First we will mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa) so as not to form lumps. Add water and oil and then apricot jam and mix. Put in a tray lined with oil and flour and let oven for approx. 30 min.

For the icing I used 3 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons margarine, 5 tablespoons water and melted dark chocolate in a sea bath.

The second blackberry recipe

For this recipe, you need:

To prepare the worktop:

  • a cup and a half of sugar
  • a cup and a half of water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa tip
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 ampoule / bottle of rum essence
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 100 g chopped walnuts
  • Salt powder

For the preparation of chocolate icing:

  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

How is it prepared?

Mix all ingredients well. Grease a pan with oil and then line with flour. Pour the composition into the pan and bake the blackberry in the oven (preheated) on the right heat for 25 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes because the countertop does not grow.

Try a toothpick if the cake is baked. The toothpick is inserted into the countertop and, if it comes out clean, it means that the blackberry is done. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes until the composition thickens.

It must have the consistency of a cream. The icing is then poured warm and spread with a spoon over the top taken out of the oven and cooled.

Protein blacks

Preheat the oven (180 ° C). Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Drain the juice from the canned beans, then finely strain the drained beans together with the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, then beat with the mixer with the mixing paddles until a homogeneous composition is obtained. Pour the composition into the baking tray and bake on the middle grill of the oven for about 45 minutes. After baking, remove and set aside to cool, and finally remove the baking paper.

Electric oven 180 ° C

Baking time: 45 minutes

Meanwhile, heat the glaze in water according to the instructions and mix with coconut oil. Spread the melted icing over the cake, sprinkle with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios, then leave to cool for about 15 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces and serve.

These blackberries are best served immediately, and if this is not possible, they should be kept in tightly closed, tight containers. A protein powder can be used for even more protein. In this case, the amount of oat milk must be adjusted to obtain the required consistency of the dough.

Please note the baking conditions of your oven.

        Blackberries without baking - recipe

From the given quantities you can get about 23 balls.

        • 1 ½ seedless cup of dates
        • ½ cup of raisins
        • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
        • 1 cup of oatmeal
        • ¼ cup of cocoa
        • 1 teaspoon vanilla
        • 1 pinch of salt

If you use pitted dates, unwrap them and remove the kernels before adding them to the recipe. There are several varieties of dates. Some are smaller and drier, others larger and younger.

If your dates are dry and hard, it is best to soak them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. This will make it easier to process in the robot. If you use soft dates, do not moisturize them.

Place the dates in the S-bladed robot bowl (or in a high-speed blender). Add raisins, pumpkin seeds and oatmeal. Process for a few minutes, until the ingredients have crushed and you have obtained a crumbly composition.

Add cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Mix again, for a longer time, until the composition begins to bind and become sticky.

If it is too strong, you can add a little liquid (water, fruit juice, vegetable milk, coconut oil, etc.). If, on the contrary, it is too soft, add more oatmeal.

Transfer the composition to a bowl. Take a piece of composition and shape it with your palms in the form of balls. Do this until you have finished the whole composition.

If you want, you can give the blackberries through cocoa powder at the end, or through coconut.

Store them in a saucepan in the refrigerator. If you keep them cold, they last a few good weeks. You can also put them in the freezer, where they will last a few months. But no matter how good and practical they are, you will definitely finish them in a few days.

Black Women with Coconut Flour-Recipe Video

It's been a while since I've prepared a dessert without wheat flour. I set out to fix this as soon as possible. Especially since every time I opened the spice cabinet, the bag of coconut flour scolded me. That's why today I chose to show you a super simple and quick recipe: Blackberries with coconut flour. Everything is prepared in a single bowl, so you also save on washing dishes. And water. And on time! In total, you will only need a bowl and a baking tray.

When it comes to coconut flour, I think of cookies the fastest. Super simple and tasty and those. But I must admit: today's black women are more competitive in this regard! That to taste, both recipes are winners.

Why did I choose coconut flour and not wheat flour?

♦ Coconut flour is gluten free. So, this wonderful cake can also be enjoyed by people with gluten intolerance in the community of My Dear Recipes and not only (please share the recipe on social networks, if you have friends or family members who need it will joy)

♦ I really appreciate this flour. First of all, for the high amount of fiber (it helps a lot in digestion). Then for the delicate taste of coconut, which I adore

♦ Coconut flour behaves differently from wheat flour. It takes a very small amount of flour to get the perfect result. It absorbs the liquid very quickly and swells in a few minutes. That is why it is recommended that you wait a little longer before adding extra coconut flour to the composition. In this recipe, I recommend respecting the weight

Can coconut flour be replaced with wheat flour for this recipe?

♦ yes, it is possible. But a serious adjustment of the quantity is needed. Fixed this recipe, I didn't try it in the wheat version, so I can say the exact weight, but I leave you below other black recipes to help you.

How to make fluffy and creamy blacks & # 8211 Best Tips & Tricks

        1. Pay attention to the cooking time.

This is one of the most important things to keep in mind when making this brownie recipe.

If you don't cook them enough, they will come out too soft, like a poorly cooked soufflé. And if you cook them too much, they will come out dry. It's not exactly what we want, is it?

When it comes to fluffy blacks, they need to be perfectly balanced. You have to feel the creamy texture first, then the firm and crunchy one has to balance everything, and at the end, the whole mixture has to melt deliciously in your mouth.

This is the perfect brownie cake and we don't have to settle for anything less.

And for that, you have to pay attention to them while baking. If the top starts to get too dark you will need to cover the tray with baking paper.

It should be noted here that pecans can burn very quickly and this is a very good indicator of when you need to cover them.

Another thing to keep in mind is that after removing the blackberries from the oven they will continue to harden slightly as they cool.

Now that you know how to make fluffy and creamy blackberries, let's find out how to serve them.

        2. How to serve this vegan brownie cake

These brownies are perfect if served slightly warm, because then they are creamy on the inside and firm on the edges.

You can keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or at room temperature, in an airtight container, for up to 3 days. But keep in mind that they will harden if kept in the refrigerator and get a denser texture.

They will still be super delicious, but if you want them to be creamy, make sure you swallow them when they are slightly warm.

Well, I don't think this will be a problem especially if you have guests, but it should still be mentioned.

And if you want to make them really special, I'll give you another tip.

Serve each brownie cake with a cup or two of your favorite ice cream. The one with caramel and pralines is my favorite, so I recommend it to you too. I think this mixture is crazy, probably one of the best desserts in the world.

        3. Adapt the walnut brownie recipe according to your tastes

These tips are for the creative ones, who simply can't help but give a personal note to every recipe they make.

The ingredients of this vegan brownie cake recipe are quite simple and, to be honest, I wouldn't change anything. But there are some of them that can be replaced without affecting the taste and texture.

        1. You can replace coconut milk with any kind of milk you want. But in this case, she will no longer be vegan or fasting.
        2. Instead of coconut sugar, you can use brown sugar.
        3. Pecans can be replaced with your favorite ones such as plain nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews or macadamia nuts.
        4. Or, you can replace nuts with dried fruits, such as cherries.
        5. You can use vegetable oil instead of coconut oil.

But don't forget & # 8230 if you want to replace the ingredients in any recipe, I think you should only do it if you have experience in cooking. Otherwise, it would be better to follow the original recipe because you can spoil everything very easily.

And now, the last tip for this brownie recipe is & # 8230

        4. What kind of chocolate to use

This aspect is very important if you want to make the best fluffy and creamy blackberries.

I used chocolate flakes with at least 45% cocoa and no milk. This is very important, if you want to make fasting and vegan blacks.

These flakes are perfect for baking and create a creamy texture that stays that way even after the blacks harden in the refrigerator.

As I said above, these brownies won't be creamy if you keep them in the fridge, but they won't harden too much if the chocolate is good.

So, when choosing chocolate, make sure it is made from natural cocoa powder.

That was all you needed to know to make the best recipe for fluffy and creamy blackberries. Now is the time to get everything moving.

And after you cook the brownie recipe, don't forget to take a picture and post it on Instagram using the @theblondelish tag and the hashtag #blondelish.
