I learned this recipe from my mother.
She was a cook at the Rituala canteen in Cluj and this appetizer was often cooked there.
It is quick to make and very tasty and nutritious.
- 4 boiled eggs
- 100gr. cheese
- an egg for mayonnaise
- sour cream
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Eggs with cheese:
Boil eggs, meanwhile make mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise with sour cream to taste, salt and pepper.
We clean the eggs and grate them.
We also scraped the telemeau.
Sprinkle pepper and salt to taste and put in a bowl a layer of telemea, a layer of grated egg and so on until the bowl is full.
If we want, we put a layer of sour cream over the composition.
