  • 300 g paste
  • 200 g of ham
  • 10-12 fresh mushrooms suitable
  • 3 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • salt, pepper, basil, vegeta
  • finely chopped parsley

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta pudding with mushrooms and ham:

Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil.

Over them we add in turn: sliced ​​mushrooms and ham or cubes, grated cheese, parsley, sour cream and beaten eggs and mixed with spices.

Mix lightly.


Put the composition in a bowl and give

bake for 25-30 minutes.
