How to make yogurt and apple pie

First, peel and clean the apples and cut 2 into cubes and 1 into thin slices, then sprinkle both, in separate cups, with the lemon juice and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and grated lemon peel until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Then add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix, then also incorporate the yogurt.

Finally add the apples and the diced apples with their maceration liquid.

Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold, decorate with the slices of apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake: bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C.
