The lamb pulp is cleaned and washed well.
Put the oil and the pulp in a tray and grease it well with oil.
Sprinkle vegeta, paprika, pepper and put a glass of water sprinkling the pulp.
Insert the tray with honey steak in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
From time to time he turns and anoints himself honey steak with the sauce in the pan.
When it is done, put the finely chopped garlic and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes, greasing it with the sauce from the tray.
Honey steak remove from the oven, leave for 5 minutes and grease with the sauce from the pan and serve.
It can be served with or without garnish.
I prefer honey steak with green garlic, to taste it.
