We take about 1 tablespoon of this composition, depending on how big you want to make the balls. We model so that we can put a seedless cherry in the middle, we tighten the edges and we continue to shape it between the palms until we obtain a perfect ball. We continue to shape biscuit balls with cherries until we finish the biscuit composition, then we roll them in ground walnuts and coconut flakes.

Place the balls on baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° (without fan) for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned. Allow to cool well before icing. Chestnut biscuit icing with cherries:
