Salami pizza

Dough: In a bowl put sifted flour and mix it with yeast and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix well, finally add the oil and knead for another 5 minutes. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

Filling: We clean the onion and cut it into scales, we cut the salami and the olives.

S.O.S: Mix the ketchup with salt and oregano.

After the dough has risen, fold it into 2 equal pieces and spread 2 sheets.

We lined a tray with baking paper. put a sheet of dough, ketchup, salami, onion, mushrooms, olives and pieces of cheese. Put the pan in the preheated oven until lightly browned. Do the same for the second sheet.
