RECIPE PREPARATION Check with nesquik:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix them well with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the sugar and mix. Mix the yolks with the oil and put them over the egg whites, add the milk and incorporate with a spatula the flour mixed with the baking powder.

Three quarters of the composition we mix with a tablespoon of flour and the rest we mix with nesquik and rum essence. I used a cake tray that I lined with butter, I put the first composition in the tray, I put the second one with a spoon from place to place and I incorporated it with a stick in the rest of the composition.

I shaped the oven at 200 degrees. We do the test with the toothpick. Good appetite!

COCOA WITH COCOA IN TWO MINUTES

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Separately make a syrup of 250 g sugar and 5 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil. The hot syrup is gradually poured over the beaten egg whites, stirring constantly. Add the yolks one by one, then the 5 tablespoons of oil (one by one) and flour in the rain.

Pour into a cake tin (if using baking paper, directly, if not, grease the form and sprinkle with flour or cocoa). Add the filling (chopped walnuts and hazelnuts) given through the flour.

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa with a little water and pour over the cake. Put it in the oven (which must already be heated to 150 degrees) and bake for 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

When ready, sprinkle the fluffy cake with vanilla sugar and coconut, and after cooling can be cut into slices.

For muffins
200 grams of sugar
115 grams butter
2 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
180 grams of flour
85 ml milk
3 tablespoons nesquik

For frosting:
200 ml liquid cream
300 g white chocolate
dye

Method of preparation
Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, nesquik powder, cocoa and salt.
In another bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar for a few minutes.
Add eggs in turn and vanilla, mixing continuously until you get a homogeneous composition.
Add the solid ingredients over the butter composition and continue mixing until smooth.
Then add the milk slowly, mixing again until smooth.
We put the composition in the muffin tray lined with muffin paper
We fill only 3/4 of the muffin paper, because they will grow.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (and no more).

Frosting:
Melt the whipped cream in a bain-marie together with the broken chocolate pieces.
Leave to cool and refrigerate overnight (or at least 5-6 hours).
Let them cool on a grill before putting the frosting on them.
It is recommended to make it in the evening and in the morning we mix it for 1-2 minutes with the mixer, eventually we can also put dye and then we put the composition in posh and decorate the cupcakes after they have cooled.
