Dessert cookies with raspberry jam

Mix the yolks with the powdered sugar, vanilla essence, lemon peel, salt powder and margarine.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead a dough but not too much as far as flour is incorporated.

Roll out the dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or better overnight.

Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into four. We take a piece of dough and spread it with the rolling pin and portion it with the knife the desired size rectangles, squares or shapes of stars, circles, fir trees, etc. I chose the rectangles version.

I put raspberry jam in each rectangle and rolled it up, giving it the shape of a cigarette, placing it in a tray lined with baking paper.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees C, until lightly browned.

While they are warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
