The recipe was presented by Horia Vîrlan on the show Totul despre mame and was recommended to both mothers and lustful dwarfs ... it worked for me: both my dwarf and the other mothers here liked it.

  • 250 g paste
  • 50 g butter
  • 100-150 ml liquid cream
  • 250 g vegetable soup
  • 1/2 onion or a few sprigs of green onion
  • 2 pieces of broccoli
  • 50 g cheese (brie / melted)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Pasta with broccoli from Horia Vîrlan:

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. After 7 minutes of boiling, you can add the pieces of broccoli for scalding.

Melt the butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the hot pan, add the chopped onion. Quench with vegetable broth. When it starts to boil, add the diced cheese. When the whole composition has been homogenized, quench it with liquid cream. Leave 1-2 more boils and add the broccoli unwrapped in the bouquets. Season with salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

Serve hot, sprinkled with parmesan or any kind of cheese depending on your preferences.

Apple pudding, sweet cottage cheese and slices of bread or cake is another recipe that you can try when you have too much cake left after Easter. It is very easy to do and you only need 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 600-700 g of bread or cake - approx. 14-15 slices
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 50 g butter to grease the form
  • 50 g sugar for wallpaper form
  • 6 apples + juice from ½ lemon
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g raisins
  • 25 g vanilla powdered sugar for decoration

For the cream cheese

  • 500 g sweet cottage cheese
  • 200 g thick cream (min. 20% fat)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • grated peel of ½ lemon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl, then add the whole eggs, cream, grated lemon peel, vanilla and salt. Add two pinches of salt. Mix everything with a spatula or mixer, then add the raisins. Leave the cream cheese aside for a maximum of 10 minutes to swell the raisins.

Wash the apples, peel them and remove the seeds from them, then slice them. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with the juice squeezed from half a lemon. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees or the middle stage of the gas ovens. The pudding is mounted in a shape of 35 x 27 x 9, which is greased with 50 g of butter and lined with 50 g of sugar.

Place the slices of bread or cake on a single row and partially stacked, then sprinkle with 250 ml of cold milk. Pour the cream cheese with cream and raisins on top, then add the apple slices, sprinkled with two tablespoons of sugar and 50 g of butter in the form of flakes.

In the preheated oven, leave it to bake for about 50 minutes, and in half the time it can be turned to grow uniformly. You can raise the temperature if you want the apples to caramelize, but be careful not to burn them. Good appetite!

Pasta with broccoli and bacon

I always have a few bags of pasta of different types in the pantry. Easter can be cooked in many ways and the fact that they are so varied that the shape makes you want to try them all, of course if you like. The recipe below is a simple and quick (and good) one that I initially made for my little boy but then I repeated it for us too :)

  • 150g pasta (I used homemade)
  • 1/4 of broccoli
  • 70g bacon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100ml cream for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • a little salt
  • parmesan (optional)

1. Boil the broccoli for 3 minutes in salted water. We take it out in the water in which it boiled, add the pasta and let it boil according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it a little in its own fat, 2-3 minutes then add the garlic and finely chopped broccoli. Mix for 1 minute and add sour cream for cooking.

We also add the pasta, if the sauce seems too thick we can add more from the water in which they boiled.

Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.

Pasta with broccoli and cheese sauce

1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Rinse the broccoli, then break it into small bunches.

2. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and let it boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the broccoli, then leave the pan on the fire for another 5 minutes.

3. Strain the mixture, then set it aside until the sauce is ready.

4. Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter until it becomes glassy. Add the flour, then mix for 1-2 minutes so that the sauce does not burn.

5. Add the milk and mix until the lumps of flour dissolve, sprinkle with pepper and bring the sauce to a boil. When the sauce starts to thicken, add the cheese.

6. Turn off the heat and continue to stir so that the cheese melts. Taste and add salt and pepper, if necessary.

7. Bring the pasta and broccoli over the cheese sauce and mix. Serve hot.

Ingredients for 4 servings: 400 g lamb breast and neck, a large onion, a large carrot, a small celery, a small parsley root, a bunch of green onions, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, a tablespoon of chopped tarragon, a tablespoon of rice with beans round, two tablespoons of white wine vinegar, two egg yolks, a large glass of sour cream, a teaspoon of salt, 5-6 black peppercorns.

Step 1: Cut the meat into pieces and cook it, but not more than 3 minutes, in a pot of boiling water, then take it out and put it to boil in cold water, with the peppercorns and a little salt. Remove the foam when it forms.
Step 2: After the meat has boiled for an hour and no more foam is gathering on the surface of the water, add the washed rice and the finely chopped and finely chopped vegetables (minus the parsley). Continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Then add the tarragon and season with salt, continuing to boil for another 10-12 minutes.


Step 3: Beat the egg yolks with the cream in a bowl.

To "straighten" means to first mix two or three tablespoons of hot soup in the bowl with sour cream and yolks, then pour the contents of the bowl into the soup pot and mix everything well with the polish.
Step 5: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with hot peppers.

250g broccoli
250g cauliflower
200g pitted olives
1l milk
5 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
6 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:
In a saucepan boil 2 liters of salted water, bring to a boil and add the pasta. Leave the pasta in the water for 5 minutes, until it softens, then pass it under a stream of cold water and let it drain in a strainer.


We take the cauliflower and wash the broccoli, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, then take them out and drain them in a strainer.


In a pan put 2 tablespoons of margarine, let it melt, add flour and let it brown a little - be careful, it should not burn - add milk, sour cream, season with salt, pepper and vegetables to taste and mix everything with the blender.

Add the cauliflower and broken broccoli in smaller pieces, add the Karmis Fit Up spice for cheese, eggs and kefir, garlic cloves, cleaned and grated beforehand and leave everything on the fire for 5 & # 8211 10 minutes.



When the sauce is ready, add it over the rice pasta and sprinkle the olives on top.



Carp in sour cream sauce, with garlic and mashed or natural sieve

Ingredient: 1.5 kg of well-washed and squeezed carp fillets, 4-5 ripe tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, half a packet of fatty butter, a cup of fermented cream, a tablespoon of flour, half a glass of tomato juice , a tablespoon of chopped parsley, a sprig of thyme, a teaspoon of ground pepper, a teaspoon of salt.

Preparation: preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grind the garlic, cut the tomatoes into slices, as well as the butter. Mix the salt with the thyme, pepper and a little garlic. Grease the fish fillets with this mixture, then place in a pan greased with two slices of butter. Place the rest of the butter over the fish and put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove, add the tomato slices and put back in the oven for another 7-8 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, mix the flour with the tomato juice, the rest of the crushed garlic, half of the chopped parsley and the cream. Remove the tray from the oven and pour the sauce on top, then put the tray in the oven for the last time and leave for 7-8 minutes. Place the carp slices on plates and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. It can be served with puree or natural potatoes.
