Goose liver on a bed of onions and apples

What "Foie gras", which is pronounced "foa gra", means "fatty liver" and names a product prepared from duck or goose liver! I simply say goose liver;) Delicious and a pity that there was only one: D

  • yellow onion 1 piece,
  • Golden Golden Apple of Posești, Prahova 1 piece,
  • 65% fat butter,
  • iodized salt,
  • freshly ground pepper.

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Goose liver on a bed of onions and apples:

Melt the butter, then add the goose liver, cooking quickly on each side for approx. 1 minute;) Remove the liver and leave it warm.

Meanwhile, clean the onion, cut into thin slices and put to harden in hot butter, stirring constantly, do not brown;) After the onion has become translucent, add the apple slices and leave to cook for approx. 5 minutes. At the end, add the liver and leave approx. 3 minutes to cook, covered over medium heat, to make friends taste;)
