In a pot, put water to boil, and when it boils, add the vegetables: grated carrot and zucchini on a small grater, finely chopped onion and sliced pepper. Let's not forget to keep a spoonful of onion and a spoonful of carrot for the composition of meatballs. When the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato pulp together with the oil. Add salt and after about 5 more minutes add borscht.
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the meatballs and with your hand soaked in warm water, make balls that you put in the soup. I left it on the fire until the meatballs boiled, after which I served it with homemade hot bread!
