Pike meatballs

my boys (I also include my husband here), they don't like pike at all. and because I had some beautiful pieces I tried to fool them somehow ... and that's how these delicious meatballs came out ... and my boys didn't even they have reached them.

  • 1kg pike fillets
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 500g boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 dill connection
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 eggs

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pike meatballs:

pass the fish through the mincer and mix with the diced potatoes and peppers, with the finely chopped onion, garlic and dill, with the egg and the other spices.

mix well and then form meatballs with a wet hand. Fry in hot oil on both sides and remove on paper towels.

they are served hot but are just as good and cold with a salad.
