The cocktail equivalent of a New York egg cream, this rich and fizzy bourbon drink is absolutely delicious.
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Heavy cream
- 1/2 oz House Spirits coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Orgeat
- Club soda, to top
Add all ingredients except the club soda into a shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Double-strain into a Collins glass.
Fill with the club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above the glass.
Wait a few seconds and then add another splash of soda. This will lift the foam above the top of the glass.
Serve with a straw.
