Bellini

This sparkling classic got its start at Venice's famed Harry's Bar.

  • 1 1/2 oz fresh white peach purée
  • prosecco, chilled
  • Garnish: peach slice
  1. Add the peach purée to a Champagne flute or similar glass.

  2. Fill with the prosecco.

  3. Garnish with a peach slice.
