At The Limbo in New Orleans, Olivia Griffin’s Tiki drinks come with bourbon in place of rum, as with the great Three Dots & a Dash. This WWII-era Tiki classic (created by the famed Donn Beach of Don the Beachcomber) features Coopers’ Craft bourbon, St. Elizabeth allspice dram, The Bitter Truth golden falernum, Angostura bitters, fresh lime and orange juices, and a touch of honey.
- 2 oz Coopers’ Craft bourbon
- 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth allspice dram
- 1/4 oz The Bitter Truth Golden falernum
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- Garnish: Blueberries
- Garnish: Candied ginger
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Add all ingredients into a blender with ice and flash-blend.
Pour into a Tiki mug over crushed ice.
Garnish with three blueberries and a candied ginger slice, skewered, and a pineapple wedge.
Serve with a straw.
