Toast Papa Hemingway with this citrusy and complex rum concoction.
- 2 oz Banks 5-Island rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 tsp Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass filled with crushed ice.
