Spazerac

Try this unusual frozen spin on the classic Sazerac.

  • 2 1/2 oz Rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 tsp Absinthe
  • 1/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon twist
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender with just under 1 cup of ice.

  2. Blend until smooth and pour into an Old Fashioned glass.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
