For me, pasta is the delight of Italian cuisine. I simply adore them and every time I want a quick and tasty meal I make pasta. What is wonderful about them is that anything is allowed. There are dozens, hundreds of combinations, recipes and everyone in his kitchen can afford anything, it all depends on taste.

- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 50 ml of water in which they boiled the pasta
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fusilli with bacon, Pesto sauce and sour cream:
Bring salt water to a boil. Water should be plenty, about 1.5 liters. When the water boils, add the pasta and boil for 10 minutes. In the meantime we make the sauce…
Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in 2 tablespoons olive oil. When it has browned, add the water in which the pasta was boiled, a few tablespoons, 3-4 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon of Pesto sauce and mix. Add sour cream for cooking, mix and bring to the boil. If the sauce is too thick, add more water to boil the pasta. Add the cooked pasta to the sour cream sauce, mix and let everything boil for another 1 minute. Serve hot pasta as soon as I take it off the heat.
The pasta is going to be cooked al dente
be careful how long you keep them on the fire after you put the pasta in the sauce… they tend to absorb, so if necessary add water each time hot, the water in which they boiled the pasta (they contain starch and have the role of binding the sauce
you can put Parmesan or finely grated cheese on top
