Slice the rest of the apples very thin.

Simple apple tart with memorable taste, which can be prepared by anyone!

Apple tart is a simple and quick dessert, with a delicate texture and a sour apple note. The tart can be prepared by anyone from accessible ingredients and present in the refrigerator of every housewife. Prepare this tasty and fragrant dessert for your loved ones and enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee.

INGREDIENTS

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

GLAZING INGREDIENTS

-juice of 1 small orange or lemon or a little apricot jam

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Cut the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with juice (from 1/2 lemon) and set aside.

2. Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy consistency. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and incorporate the yolks one by one, beating continuously.

3. Sift the flour into this bowl and add the baking powder and vanilla. Stir.

4. Beat the egg whites separately with a pinch of salt until you get an aerated foam and add it to the dough, mixing carefully with a spatula.

5. Grease a baking tin with small edges and sprinkle it lightly with sugar to obtain a caramel note and a crispy crust.

6. Move the dough into the mold and level it. Place the apples on top.

7. Bake the tart for 30 minutes: 20 minutes at 210 degrees and 10 minutes at 190 degrees.

8. Allow the tart to cool a bit.

9. Meanwhile prepare glaze: beat the powdered sugar with orange or lemon juice (you can use juice and water 50/50) and grease the hot tart with icing.

10. You can also grease the apricot jam tart. It has a subtle flavor and perfectly complements the apple tart.

Apple tart and vanilla cream

I previously presented you my recipe for tart dough, but also the classic vanilla cream recipe, and now I present you a delicious apple tart and vanilla cream recipe.

Very well combine lightly sour apples with cinnamon flavor and vanilla cream.

It's no secret about the tart dough how fragile and crumbly it comes out.

I used apples from the jar, because I preserved a lot in the fall. I just open the jar and mix the composition with cinnamon and a little melted butter. The butter goes very well in the composition of apples, because it makes it firmer and it is nicely portioned. We must not exaggerate, we just put a cube.
