Seafood with noodles

In a flat pan with a large diameter fry in a little oil a packet and a half of noodles (over low heat being careful not to burn)

After it has acquired a slightly golden color, remove from the heat and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the seafood a little, and when they are ready, add the onion, the pepper and the finely chopped garlic, leave them all to harden and at the end add the tomatoes given on a grater or in a blender.

Add water or fish juice, the peas and the fried noodles are left to boil (until the water drops almost completely but without boiling the noodles too much) to remain "al dente".

when everything is ready, make a homogeneous sauce from a tomato, parsley and a little garlic and mix everything and put it in the hot oven for 10 minutes. (AT THE GRATINATION OPTION)
