Egg salad and telemea

A light and very consistent salad. Full of protein, it can be a good option for breakfast.

N e c e s a r e:
8-10 eggs
250-300g telemea
1 egg yolk
sunflower oil
3-4 tablespoons sour cream
salt
pepper.

P r e p a r a r e:
From yolk and oil I made mayonnaise. I added sour cream (or put yogurt for diet). I added salt and pepper to taste.

I shaved the telemeau on the grater with small holes. I had cow's milk, a little salty, but if you prefer another type, that one works too.

Hard-boiled eggs, I peeled them and also grated them on the grater with small holes.

I placed in a bowl, in alternating layers, telemea, eggs and mayonnaise.


The restaurant at home

Last night . craving for pizza, but I had a craving for a slightly simpler, toned pizza. So I lent.

We need:
- for the dish: 250 g flour, 1/2 cube fresh yeast (12.5 g) 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, 125 ml water
- tomato sauce with basil, 1 canned chopped tuna, 1 canned sweet corn, 1 red onion, cheese


We prepare like this:
The yeast dissolves in a few tablespoons of water along with the sugar. The flour is mixed with salt, dissolved yeast, oil and gradually pour warm water, kneading. I make 2 balls out of the dough and let it rest until we prepare the rest of the ingredients (2 worktops of approx. 26 cm diagonal will result)
In the oiled pan, spread the dough with your hands. Pour the tomato sauce on top, grate a little cheese, sprinkle the drained juice / oil, sprinkle onions, corn and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove, grate the cheese on top and put it back in the oven until it browns slightly on top (I bake in the preheated oven at 180-190 degrees, about 20 minutes).
