Chicken breast meatball soup

First I mixed the chopped chicken breast with the rice (which I put with a little water on the fire until the water drops) with the egg, salt and pepper.

I formed meatballs that I put on the fire in a pan with 2 liters of water. I took the foam and let it boil. In the meantime I cleaned and chopped the vegetables as little as possible, I put them in oil. a pot, I put the soup from the meatballs strained over (fill, including the meatballs and I boiled the 2 tablespoons of rice and vegetables.

When they were all boiled, I put the sour cream with the yolks and chopped parsley and left it to boil.

Magic borscht and salt to taste I put at the end.


Method of preparation

Wash the chicken breast, debone and cut into cubes. Put it in a pot to boil, cover with water and add a little salt. Foam, let it boil for a few minutes and then throw away the water. Wash the meat and boil it in hot water together with the finely chopped vegetables and a little salt. When everything is cooked, add the grated tomatoes and the borscht and let it boil for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave for another 10 minutes. Add beaten eggs in the rain to which finely chopped greens are added.

Add them to the soup and simmer for about 15 minutes. After they have boiled, finely chop the celery leaves and the larch, add them together with the lemon juice and the broth to the boil, let it boil for a few minutes and stop boiling.

The yolks are mixed with the fatty yogurt and added after the temperature has dropped, over the soup, stirring gently, for homogenization. Then add the oil. The soup obtained has a great variety of green aromas.

Trying to respect this, we offer a recipe that is suitable for your baby, if he is over 10 months, but also for the whole family, if you add salt separately in portions.


Chicken meatball soup

  • an onion
  • a carrot
  • a celery root (the size of an egg)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • a cup of tomato juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 2.5 liters of chicken soup (or water)
  • borscht to taste
  • 1 or
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a few strands of larch
  • 1/2 kg minced chicken (breast and thighs)
  • an onion
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 or
  • a few sprigs of dill and parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

I cleaned and washed the vegetables, then cut them into cubes. I boiled them in a pot with 2.5 liters of soup. If you do not have soup, replace it with water.
While the vegetables were boiling, I took care of them hair dryers:
Over the minced meat I added the egg, rice, onion and finely chopped greens. I seasoned with salt and pepper, then I mixed the composition well. With my hands soaked in water, I took the composition and formed hairpins that I placed on a plate.

When the vegetables were half cooked, I added the meatballs, and after about 10 minutes, the rice. I let it boil over low heat. If the soup / water drops too much, add more to another hot one. That was not the case with me.
I boiled the borsch separately. When the meatballs were well penetrated and the boiled rice I poured borsch and tomato juice. I matched the taste of salt.
I let it boil for 2-3 minutes and turned off the heat under the pot. I lightly beat an egg with a fork and added it to the soup pot, stirring constantly to form "rags". At the end I sprinkled the chopped larch. A delicious soup came out, invite the table!

Meatball soup recipe with beef

Since I've known myself, Meatball soup it's my favorite soup. Any dish based on minced meat is actually to my taste, I said in a previous post about how much I like simple or marinated meatballs. Well, meatball soup belongs to the same category. It is simply delicious.

Perisoare Soup Recipe

Ingredient:

  • 800-900 g minced beef
  • 2 eggs
  • a cup of rice
  • salt pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1-2 onions
  • borscht (300-500 ml, depending on how sour it is)
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Before we start preparing the meatballs, we clean and chop some of the vegetables: carrots, celery and onions, heat them in a few tablespoons of oil, add 5 liters of water and let them boil.

Over the well drained beef, add the two eggs, rice (unwashed to make the meatballs better), salt and pepper to taste and mix.

We form meatballs about the size of a walnut, we use cold water so that the meat does not stick to our hands.

And when the water in the pot boils, add the meatballs.

Then, grate the tomatoes, cut the peppers into cubes and add them all to the pot.

Let it cook for about 50 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked. For more safety we can taste one and if they are not cooked, we leave the soup on the fire.

When meatballs they boiled, add the borscht and leave for about 5 minutes, until it boils, then turn off the stove, chop the green parsley and put the fish. I like to serve meatball soup with sour cream and hot peppers.

Since I've been waiting for this recipe & # 8230 I'm glad you posted it, I really like meatball soup, especially with sour cream. Hot peppers are optional for me, but sour cream is a must
Once I tried to make meatball borscht I think I had washed the rice or boiled it too much because my meatballs were scattered in the pot & # 8230

A good recipe! it's the first time I make this soup, but as I like to come up with ideas, I added loboda and stevia and zucchini, because I like the taste of the soup! Extraordinary!
