Chicken roll with spinach

We wash the piece of chicken breast a little in cold water, dry it with a napkin and put it on a wooden board.

With a well-sharpened knife, cut it transversely, but not right down to the end of the piece, so as to hold one side of the other.

We beat it with a whisk until we get a thin piece of meat.

Add salt and pepper and soak for at least half an hour.

Until the meat is soaked, wash the spinach and scald it in hot water with a little salt.

Put the spinach leaves in a strainer.

We take the meat, place spinach on top and pieces of cheese in the middle.

We roll covering the ends, we catch the roll with toothpicks so that it doesn't fall apart and we place it in a tray. Put the oil on top and put it in the oven.

When it is almost ready, sprinkle the sesame seeds and put them in the oven until they brown a little.

Bake for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, leave to cool and cut into slices.
