Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion.
Add the parsley and carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
Then add the tomatoes, tomato paste and turkey breast, cover the pan and simmer for 40-45 minutes, until the parsley and carrot have softened.
After the parsley and carrot have boiled, take the pan off the heat and season to taste.
Add the yogurt and mix lightly then serve with rice.
Pan-fried turkey breast with onion and curry

- 150g chicken breast
- 1 suitable onion
- olive oil
- a little salt, white pepper, curry
Fry the turkey breast in a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes.

We clean the onion, cut it into thin slices and carefully fry it in the remaining oil from the turkey breast. Sprinkle a little curry on it, let it fry for 1 minute on one side, then turn it over and do the same (it's delicious onion cooked like this).
Serve with turkey breast and mashed potatoes.
So we don't care that we fried them all and yes, you can use chicken breast :).
