Prepare the Philips Multicooker by setting the Fry function.
Add oil, leave for 2 minutes, then add the pieces of meat. Let it brown lightly on all sides for 10 minutes, then add the cleaned onion, cut into juliennes, and the mushrooms.
Leave for another 5 minutes, stirring gently.
Turn off the device and set the Stew function again, this time.
Add enough water to cover the meat.
Close the lid and let the appliance do its job ;;)
10 minutes before it is ready, add the finely chopped garlic, sour cream mixed with flour, diluted with a little meat juice, and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.
