Cabbage in Cluj

Peel an onion, finely chop and sauté in a little oil and water. Meanwhile, peel the carrots, peppers and tomatoes, finely chop and add to the onion, simmering for about 15 minutes. The cabbage is cleaned of dry leaves and chopped fidelita (I used the food processor, another help to appreciate :)). then add to the vegetable mixture and leave for about 10 minutes on low heat to soften slightly.

Meanwhile, chop a new onion, add it to the minced meat and knead well with the chosen and washed rice. In a heat-resistant dish put a layer of cabbage, the meat mixture and finish with a new layer of cabbage. Pour over approx. 300 ml. Aromatic tomato sauce or Ketchup Panacris (see recipe here: //retete/ketchup-panacris-35346.html), sliced ​​tomatoes, and put in the preheated oven, covered, approx. 30 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot with sour cream or hot pepper.
