Dessert with yogurt and peaches
After a good night's sleep, you can give your child a delicious dessert. A dessert can be delicious and healthy at the same time, and for that I recommend the dessert with yogurt and peaches: biscuits, fruit yogurt, peach compote, all combined in an irresistible cake!
2 peach yogurts (800 ml)
1 peach compote (400 ml)
250 gr sweet cream for whipped cream
1 pack of biscuits
10 gr gelatin
Mix the sweet cream for the whipped cream until it becomes firm.
Add the yogurts and continue beating. Then add two or three peaches from the compote, cut into cubes. Dissolve the gelatin in a few tablespoons of compote and put it on the fire for a few seconds until it melts. Be careful not to bring it to the boil because it loses its properties. 2. Put the oil in a pan over low heat. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
3. Add the coconut milk to the curry paste, then add the soup and bring to the boil. Add the potatoes, then gently reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the beans and cook for 3 minutes, then add the fish and cook for another 3 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from the heat and taste. Add lime juice to taste. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
