I peeled the carrots and left 2-3 cm of the leaves.
I cut the hot pepper in half, took out the seeds and then cut it into thin slices.
I shaved the orange peel (without the white part) and then I squeezed the juice from it.
In a pan I heated the oil and hardened the carrots together with the hot pepper. I then added the juice, orange peel and balsamic vinegar.
I put a lid on and cooked on a very low heat for 10 minutes.
I washed the celery stalk, cut it into longer pieces, put it over the carrots, put the raisins and left it on the fire for a few more minutes.
At the end I put salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
It can be served as such or as a garnish next to a steak.
Have fun !!!
