This recipe was prepared for me by my father a few years ago and I really liked it, but unfortunately I forgot it. Today I discovered a cauliflower in the fridge that I didn't know what to do with and I remembered this recipe.

RECIPE PREPARATION Cauliflower dish:

Break the cauliflower into suitable bunches and dig it under a stream of cold water. Then boil it in water with a pinch of salt.

Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic and put them in a little oil.

When the cauliflower has boiled enough to enter the fork, drain the water and put it in the pan over the hardened onion.

Finely chop the parsley and mix it with the tomato paste dissolved in a cup of water.

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower (add more water as close as possible to cover the cauliflower) and let it boil for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
