RECIPE PREPARATION Sticky wings:

I washed and cut the wings and put them in a marinade made of the rest of the ingredients, the pepper and garlic being chopped first. They are left to marinate for at least 6 hours and then we put oil in a pan and fry the wings and put the marinade in pan and let it boil until it drops.


Turkey wings with green onion sauce

Heat the oven to 160 degrees and put the washed wings in a tray and pour over them the box of cola and a little water, so that they are almost covered. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and leave in the oven for 90 minutes until soft, but do not detach the meat from the bone.

Meanwhile, put all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan. Heat over low heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
When the wings are ready, take them out of the remaining juice, put them in a bowl and grease them with the thick sauce from the pan. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 24 hours.

We also prepare the green onion sauce: mix all the ingredients and season. Let it cool.
The next day, place the marinated wings in the pan and put them in a hot oven (turning them from time to time and greasing them with the marinade drained in the pan until they become sticky) or on the grill (fry for 20 minutes).

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve the delicious and flavorful wings with the refreshing yogurt sauce and green onions.

Sweet-spicy wings

You don't have to go to LA MALL for spicy wings and even if we don't have the socialization of LA MALL, these homemade wings are better than any LA MALL wings, right?

Only today I managed to put the recipe, because at the moment we are intensely preparing for 2 important events this week: the anniversary of 3 years of marriage (I kind of love you, Dani) and the baptism of Tudor, our first son. I can't wait to give you pictures from both events! Until another, another quick recipe: the wings!

Ingredient:
& # 8211 1 kg chicken wings
& # 8211 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
& # 8211 2 tablespoons chili sauce
& # 8211 3 teaspoons spices for chicken barbeque

First and foremost we wash the wings well and cut their corners. Then mix all the ingredients for the marinade, put the wings in a zippered bag, pour over the marinade and turn the bag on all sides, so that the wings are completely covered with sauce. We let the bag cool for 3 hours, then we fry the wings & # 8220 on the lid & # 8221, respectively we fill a pan up to half with water, we put the lid on it but vice versa, with the handle down. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the lid and place the wings. Pour the remaining sauce in the bag over them and bake them for 30 minutes, in the oven heated to 200 degrees. After the first 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the wings so that they brown evenly.

Teriyaki wings

I was telling you on Friday that I'm coming back on Saturday with the Teriyaki wings recipe, but I couldn't keep my word and that's because I had a nightmare weekend, full of bad news, 2 sleepless nights and ended apotheotically with an acute gallstones, very ugly, triggered by the stress accumulated over the weekend.

Despite the rumors regarding the ambulance that arrives very hard in Romania, it reached me in exactly 8 minutes, so congratulations to them! For them and for you, the Teriyaki wings, the much-promised recipe.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 1 kg chicken wings
& # 8211 ½ cup of sunflower oil
& # 8211 ½ cane soy sauce
& # 8211 ½ cup of sweet red wine
& # 8211 ½ cup fresh orange juice
& # 8211 3 tablespoons garlic powder
& # 8211 ¾ cana miere
& # 8211 a tablespoon of ground ginger

Wash the wings well and cut the tips. If you want, you can cut the wings in half, I preferred to leave them whole. Place the fins in a zippered bag or a bag for marinating the meat and pour all the other ingredients over them. We close the bag and shake it well, so that the wings are covered with sauce. Put the bag in the fridge and leave the wings to marinate overnight, then take them out of the marinade, place them on a tray with baking paper and bake them for 10-12 minutes on each side, at 200 degrees.

I served the wings with a super creamy mashed potato, made with sweet cream and cheese, but that's another recipe, right? Good luck and enjoy this wings with interesting taste, very sticky and somewhat sweet & # 8230 I have to stay away for a while from the wings due to the new diet.

8. After the cakes are baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool a bit before removing them from the molds. Then place them on a plate and, with the help of a spoon, pour the lemon syrup over them.

* The amounts of sugar match our taste. Don't forget to taste the syrup and the dough before putting it in the forms, to add more sugar if you prefer sweeter cakes.


Chicken Wings in Barbecue Sauce - the secret ingredient that turns them into an extraordinary delight!

Today we suggest you prepare chicken wings in Barbecue sauce. The sauce comes out sweet and sour. This recipe involves baking the wings in the oven and using a secret ingredient.

It is smoked paprika, due to which the sauce and the meat acquire the smoky taste. Such fins can also be served without a gasket. They are also suitable as a snack for beer. If you do not have brown sugar on hand, you can replace it with honey.

INGREDIENT:

-2.2 kg of chicken wings (1.8 kg after cleaning).

-a teaspoon of brown sugar

-2 teaspoons of smoked paprika

-a teaspoon of dried herbs (parsley)

-½ teaspoon of paprika

-a teaspoon of granulated garlic

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Wash and dry the chicken wings. Remove the tips.

2.Then cut each wing into 2 parts, cutting it at the joint.

3.Place the fins on a tray lined with aluminum foil.

4. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven to 225 ° C (convection).

5. In the meantime prepare the sauce: put the ketchup in a large bowl. Add brown sugar, salt, granulated garlic, dried herbs, mustard, olive oil, paprika and smoked paprika. Stir.

6. Remove the fins from the oven. Put the barbecue sauce on them with a spoon, then spread it evenly with a silicone brush so that it completely covers the wings.

7.Insert the tray with the wings greased with sauce in the preheated oven to 200 ° C and bake them for 10-15 minutes (top-down program). The prepared wings must not be sticky: if you touch them with your finger, it must remain clean, without traces of sauce.

8. Transfer the wings to a serving platter.

Preparing this dish does not take long. With its help you can feed a large family or all visiting friends. As a side dish, you can use vegetables and greens. Also, the dip prepared from Greek yogurt, crushed garlic and chopped greens goes perfectly with the wings in Barbecue sauce.

Be sure to use smoked paprika: without it the taste of the wings will not be as intense. Also, if a little juice will accumulate in the pan during baking, simply drain it before spreading the wings with sauce. This can happen if you do not dry the fins well enough after washing.


We divide the wings into three if you buy them whole, you can boil the tops and use the soup for another dish like cream soup or pilaf.

Wash them well and wipe them with a dry paper towel.

We put them in a bowl and season them with the spices mentioned above (the quantities are approximate). Of course, depending on the tastes, you can add curry, a little soy sauce, turmeric, chilli flakes.

We mix them well so that they are seasoned on all sides.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

We put the wings next to each other on a tray in which we put baking paper and bake them without turning them for 40 minutes.

Put the sauce (about 300 ml) in a bowl. I used as I said a sweet chilli sauce, that's what kids like, but you can use any red sauce you like.

We take each wing and pass it through the sauce and then put it back in the tray. Use a tool like the one in the picture, because the wings are very hot.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for another 4 minutes.

Serve the hot wings with french fries and extra sauce.
