Easter with cheese

The ingredients are for 2 small Easter or a big, big Easter. Very cheesy.

  • Filling:
  • 1400 g sweet cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • peel of 3 oranges and 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 200 g raisins soaked in warm water
  • Crust (dough):
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g oil or melted butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Orange peel

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Easter with cheese:

Filling:

The cheese is mixed with sugar and fruit peel. Whisk the egg whites then add over the cheese and put all the yolks in turn. Mix well and add the raisins then flour in the rain.

Crust:

Beat eggs with sugar until melted, add oil then flour mixed with baking powder and orange peel. Flour may be needed.

Keep a small part of the dough for the top, the other is spread by hand in the tray, add over the filling.

Spread a sheet, cut the pieces with a knife or decorative roll and spread on top.

Bake at 180 degrees for an hour or more if you have a large tray or 45-50 minutes for a small tray.
