Apple cake

beat the egg whites, add the sugar, then the yolks, baking powder and flour.

I scalded the apples for 5 minutes in salted water, then in the bowl in which the top was to be baked I melted 200 gr of sugar and I mixed it there with 100 gr of margarine;

after the margarine melted, I greased the pan and put the apples;

in the middle of them I put crushed hazelnuts, then I poured the composition and put it in the oven.

after it was baked, I let it cool down well and I turned everything over on the plate.

I made the cream from 2 sachets of pudding powder, vanilla, with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 liter of juice instead of milk (to make it transparent).

I glued the biscuits on the edge of the cake, I poured some of the cream, I put slices of orange and then I added the other amount of pudding.

I let it cool and then decorated with whipped cream.
